I ordered 2 cycling helmets that were on sale. When I received them the one for my wife was too big. I emailed customer support and was told to return it and reorder the correct size. The price had gone up to pre sale price but they said they would honour the original price I had paid. The cost of returning the item and getting the new one was free. Very happy and great customer service
