I called to discuss a rotary hacksaw but needed some technical support to make a decision, the chap that helped was a real credit to the company, he was knowledgeable and patient - this convinced me to place an order. It just goes to prove, that if you have great sales staff that are prepared to help - the sales will happen easily! Great work sales man (I'm sorry I forgot your name!)
