Only marked them down because of the delay in receiving the goods which I feel was out of their control anyway. Was kept informed at all times with the situation regarding the delivery by very apologetic staff who offered a discount as compensation for delay which was appreciated as the item was for a birthday present. Otherwise excellent service and would recommend the company.
