Absolutely wonderful service. I had ordered a small garden statue that was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, in transit, there had been some damage - no fault of the company's - and they couldn't be more helpful in rectifying the problem. They acted quickly, followed up and were not satisfied that they had done all that that could be done until a new replacement arrived in pristine condition. Damage can occur in transit - these things happen - but what was exceptional was the follow-up attention to care and customer satisfaction. Most impressed.
