I ordered a statue and plinth through Amazon but the statue arrived damaged and was immediately sent back. I emailed the seller via Amazon that evening and to my surprise got a phone call from Steve at the company first thing the next morning. In all the years I have bought items through Amazon I have not received this sort of customer service. Steve said he would organize a replacement by lunchtime that day and phone me back to confirm. At 11:45 he phoned and confirmed a replacement was being sent. Items I received were excellent quality and the customer top notch. I would recommend this company to anyone. First class.
