Bought a shirt of too large size (M), so ordered a smaller size (S) but got the exact same shirt with same length and width - it appeared to be a misproduct. Couldn't order a new S because they happened to be sold out. I've been looking forward to buying this shirt for a very long time, so it being no longer available again was a disappointment.
Communication with customer services however was quick, understandable, to-the-point, and helpful. Got a full refund of both shirts, which I appreciated. Thanks Lara!
