When I switched to view the website in NZD, it stated the shipping was free for orders over $200NZD. I was confused and didn’t realised I got charged for shipping costs. I emailed stating I thought this was supposed to be refunded, as I thought it was an error. Although I was informed this was actually in Euros, and that the website hadn’t been updated properly. It definitely needs updating nonetheless as it is misleading. Please see attached image when the website is converted for New Zealand, it clearly states at the top the free shipping for orders over $200 NZD.
