The parcel took quite a bit to arrive, longer than suggested. There was an import tax due, which the company did not warn me about when purchasing. I was shocked as the tax was 3/4 of the price of the purchase.The customer service response I got when I wrote to them about it, was that the website mentions this. But when you make an order you are taken to a UK site, so one assumes the products are already here. Very deceptive and not "Cool".
