The watch is nearly perfect and the buying experience from Sternglas was great. However, the only issue was the stainless steel case arrived with a small blemish or scratch in the metal. This was unexpected and disappointing for a new watch. Also, the 20mm lug width is very snug. I think it is closer to 19mm than 20mm, because none of my third party 20mm straps fit. The band that comes with the watch is exceptional quality (does not leave a crease and does not discolor), but I would like to quickly swap it out with my other straps without having to default to the only strap that came with the watch.
