Fernglass not only looks splendid and delivers fast, but their service is impeccable as well. My watch was still working after six months, but the crown came loose when I adjusted the time or date. One e-mail later they sent me a new watch, no questions asked. No hassle with returning and waiting (I live in Australia). I must avow, I had the faulty crown repaired later, about €50 and well worth it. So, now I have two Fernglass watches with my two straps. My watchmaker started her career back in 1963, long before I was born. She only accepts cash, and doesn't serve people who enter her shop whilst on a phone call. She explained that many fancy brands use Chinese mechanisms. But not Fernglass, they use a genuine Swiss mechanism, she assured me. I wasn't surprised. Not at all.
