I ordered my watch over internet, which is not surprising, I suppose. The whole process was easy and smooth, which I appreciate. I received the ordered watch within 2 days, which WAS surprising - I did not expect such a speedy delivery. The watch is exactly as presented in the website. What the website does not present is its weight, it is pretty heavy, which I do appreciate a lot. I like this feeling. Overall, I am more than satisfied with Sternglas products and services.
