I ordered two Zirkel clocks and a spare strap. The clocks were popular so I had to wait for them to be back in stock. When they did arrive, they were well packaged and stunning. I did have a slight issue with one of the clocks but that was promptly resolved by Sarah. Great customer service and the new nylon strap looks great on the Sternglas watch I already owned.
