Where to start, well Initially ordered the black naos automatic and then about a week later before even receiving it I ordered the white version. I received the white model first. DHL and I were going back and fourth about the black model and they came to the conclusion that they ended up losing it. I don't believe that for a second sense they open all overseas packages for inspection. Sternglas was kind enough to send me a replacement but it was the wrong one. They sent me another white naos automatic, not the black version. It ended up getting stolen off my front porch within 5 minutes of it being delivered. When I notified sternglas about my issue they were very sorry about sending the wrong model and asked for me to return it and that they would ship the appropriate watch. They weren't listening when I told them it was stolen. After that they stopped replying to me. I even showed them the police report that I filed on my stolen property. I ended up buying it AGAIN. This time I received it and I have to say I am highly disappointed. It comes with the miyota 8215, not the 821A. The description is extremely vague for someone that's not a watch connoisseur. This was my first watch. I love the white model. Very beautiful, keeps time very well. However, I was very disappointed with the black version. They initially sold it with the 821A but switched it to the 8215 for whatever reason. Bad move, don't know why they would do that. My opinion of sternglas has significant declined. Hopefully they switch it back to the better miyota movement.
