Get ready for the worst customer service ever for USA customers. The watch quality is good for Naos women though it did stop working just 1 year after I bought it. It started lagging behind, then it was dead. Like any customer, I reached out to customer service 2 months ago. It took a couple of weeks to sort out the shipping issue because it is DHL. In US, DHL is rare, they have no shops. Finally I managed to ship it to Germany. I can see thanks to DHL link the last time my watch was seen was in Hamburg more than 1 month ago. Then it's gone. None of their support people gave or give any updates, zero notifications on what is going on, clearly they are neglecting customer service/ repair process in this day and age of real-time customer service and comms. I have zero news on my watch though it cost $200 and broke down in a year.
