Order process was not smooth. Card was charged but order was cancelled by Sternglas citing fraud concerns. After chatting on whatsapp (super helpful) reordered successfully. Credit card was refunded for the first order and then charged for the second order. And then I got two watches shipped. And when i write back to Sternglas, the whatsapp doesnt respond anymore. Glad to have two watches - shared with a friend.
