I was very excited to receive this watch. However, sternglass did not offer the option to require a signature for delivery and the package was stolen. I reported the stolen package and never heard from customer service from the mail carrier or sternglass. It seems to me that for such a high value package, the option to require a signature at time of delivery should be available.
