So. I am one of those customers that saw this float by on Facebook as a sponsored ad. And I thought ‘Well, it looks nice and it is not that pricey compared to the high-end watches.’ So I took the plunge. The watch arrived and there was something wrong with the Milanaise wristband. It was bent and did not lock well. I sent a mail to Sternglas and they promptly sent me a new wristband without questions. This new one was perfect and was replaced in seconds thanks to the very clever system to change wristbands. I am happily surprised by this company and happy with my watch.
