Not only are the watches beautiful, but the customer service is next level. I had an issue with the delivery service getting stuck in customs and returned, and before I could even grow concerned, the team at Sternglas had already shipped out a replacement package to make sure I got my watches as soon as possible. Great team and a wonderful product and experience all around!
