I had 2 Sternglas orders cancelled. One through an authorized retailer (hsJohnson) and one through Sternglas directly. The first order was cancelled after 3 weeks of waiting as the retailer said that Sternglas never delivered the product to them. My order through Sternglas was cancelled, despite me working closely with their team to get an order in before Christmas. My order now won’t arrive in time.
Very disappointed with my experience.
