The ordering process was very convenient. I was able to pay with IDEAL, which is very nice. The watch (Naos Edition Bronze, Limited Edition) is exactly as shown in the photo. It is always a guess whether the colors match if you order from a photo. I recieved the watch in a square cardboard box on a nice cushion. Unfortunately, the watch had moved through the box during transport. But here I blame DHL. They are getting rougher by the day when it comes to handling packages. The watch is beautiful and the strap is wonderfully soft. After receiving it, I contacted customer service because I wanted a spare strap. The strap has stitching in the same color as the watch case and I'll will never find that again in 5 years. I received great help from customer service to select the correct strap from the store.
