(After a bit too long waiting when I got the problem) I got an excellent after-sale service from Sternglas.
My (non working out of the box) watch was replaced with a new one, I had a voucher to send the old one back and got the new one in a few days.
The watch is very nice, is the same as the description on the web site and (now) works like a charm.

I have bought a nice refurb watch from Sternglas.
But ... I have received a non functioning quartz watch. The date is stuck 3 weeks ago, meaning the watch has not been checked before being sent.
Is it the battery ? I don't know, trying to change the battery might end up half as expensive as the rebate I had buying a refurb.
Additionnally, the watch I received is not the same as the one advertised on the web site; details are differ : no backplate engraving for instance.
So far experience is poor, waiting wor Sternglas reply since reception. I am considering sending it back, but I regret that the open box effect is ruined by this poor process.
