Your delivery arm is terrible your customer service is poor as the first response to email tells the customer how much they are disrespected when it tells them they won’t be responded to for up to 10 days, DUMB whose idea was that!?!?!
The company’s packaging was so bad the watch came inverted face down in the box moving around easily loose not secure . Now I have a moderate collection of 25 watches so my experience with the fine points of the manner in which a collector expects to be treated from the watch maker which is why I order from the company when I can because it gives me an assurance of the way I will be treated. I easily could have bought this from a reseller like Amazon EBay etc. but, I chose to align myself with Sternglas. After all, it comes down to the watch and after close inspection, I bought the automatic version for more money, the watch was not worth @$500.00. After this terrible experience I then get this email, now after the numerous back and forth of about 20 email your email arrived which shows me yet again Sternglas did not do any homework on my experience. If you want to re-establish a potential customer Sternglas should review their entire business model and contact me with a sincere approach.
