I bought a Marus with a black face and black rubber strap and an automatic movement. I wanted a nice quality watch with an easy to read dial for when I go sailing. The Marus looked like the right watch and I wasn´t disapointed. It arrived nicely protected and in good order. The finish is really nice and it sits well on my wrist looking durable and chunky. So far the automatic movement has performed reasonably well, gaining about 5 seconds every 24 hours, I once had a Rolex submariner that did the same. It might sound a little petty in this price range, but if I had to find fault, the rotating bezel, which has a great quality feel, is, very slightly, misaligned. I mean VERY slightly only a pain in the "you know what" like me would notice and the plain black rubber strap that I wanted wasn´t available. I feel embarrassed to mention these two things because, overall, this is a very lovely watch at a great price point. Nice work Sternglas I shall certainly buy another from your range.
