Ordered four watches as gifts for my family... I am happy with the watches, but mistakes were made.
I am in the USA and the watches were held in customs for some weeks. The shipper needed more paperwork from Sternglas, which took a while, but was finally provided at the last moment. Because I order four watches and it could appear I was reselling, I did have to pay $320 in tariffs.
I would recommend only buying one watch at a time and I believe this would resolve the lengthly delay, many phone calls, and tarrifs.
