On the shipping and packaging service of your products I am deeply embarrassed for you. On two shipments within 2 months both times both watches and cintuirini were sent in bubble wrap not even if it was a return for defective products. While on the previous occasion I was offered solutions with a refund of part of the amount and discounts on future orders today I am met with a lame excuse that due to restyling of the packaging they were not sent in the original chintz. We are talking about orders with the Black Fridays discount and for a structured company like yours not to have the original packaging for its customers I find it an unforgivable and above all not very credible fall of style.
