I am so impressed with company after my 1st purchase. How good a company is can be seen how they handle a problem. Within a week customer service proactively corrected my strap's issue without me needing to do a thing. Changing my rating to all 5's. I would recommend your company to anyone purchasing a watch. The service is great. I like the watch very much, Naos Bauhaus III. However, the clip on the superslim metal band that came with it does not work. I have spent a great time of time researching how it is supposed to work. Either I have a flawed piece or it's a bad design. I have now ordered from you a leather band to replace it. At my expense ($81, Order #E10048761 ). So my rating would be a 5 otherwise.
