I had a problem with DHL delivery, they delivered a smashed, wet box with the watch inside. I contacted Sternglas and asked for a refund or replacement. I wasn’t sure if watch was damaged but I didn’t want to take a chance since box was wet and open. Sarah at Sternglas responded promptly and said she would send out a replacement immediately, which she did. Great customer service! Thank you Sarah!
