I ordered the Steve Stocking Aid on November 29, 2024 (from Australia) and am still to receive this item, despite being in desperate need of it to apply my much-needed compression stockings. As a result, my bilateral lymphoedema has worsened to the point where I will need extensive (and expensive) therapy. Delivery was supposed to be within a two-week time frame. It is now January 4, 2025 and I still haven't received them. Your service is absolutely woeful, and I would not recommend anyone purchasing from your company. In fact, I will actively discourage, by any means, anyone from doing business with you. You are disgraceful.
