I ordered some fabric on Feb 21st with no issues. I went back to order the same fabric on mar 3 and could not log into the site nor could I find the fabric that i ordered on Feb 21st. I called customer service and they were absolutely no help, as they told me they would fix my account access and I still am unable to find or order the fabric that I need. I called back Mar 7 and the line keeps hanging up on me after it rings 3 or 4 times ...
