I was not satisfied with my last purchase because of several problems, although it never happened before. First, I was unable to use any of my points on the newly updated website (for some reason, there was no option to use my points and I in fact found that the website seemed to delete all of my points). I wrote about this problem to the customer service but I didn't hear from them for a week or more. Then, my package delivery took about three weeks or longer.
If these issues happen again in the future, I would not consider using the Sunfood...
