Hi there, I'm pretty sure there is nothing that can be done about recouping the loss of a 1lb package of cacao paste when it's been gotten to by an animal. But I went to pick the package off of my front porch this afternoon and something had chewed through the package and eaten an entire pound, saving me one chip, of course, to just be polite which is unfortunately a $25 dollar loss. I thought I'd share in case there was a way to refund. It's somewhat one of those, "I'm not even mad, that's amazing" moments. My order number is #270308.
