For some reason (never got it explained), my orders get stuck in the payment page so I have to call in my order instead. If this occurs during a special promotion and the deadline is on a weekend I can't even call in my order because the "office" is closed. Then I have to explain that I tried to place the order during the special offer time.
It is a nuisance, but it does get straightened out and they honor my order date during the special offer time.
The products are always great and I have been a loyal customer for many many years.
