I've been buying your products for years. Though your formulations are superior,they are very expensive. Yet, for their high cost the packaging is quite inferior. The pouches most times do not reclose and I'm forced to put them into an external plastic bag.
Also, your only means of shipping offered was Fedex. They are also very expensive yet they were no faster than UPS. My item took a week to arrive.
I don't mind paying higher costs for superior service. But I do mind paying higher costs for inferior service.
