I have been taking 2 SunSoil 20MG soft gel tabs each night before bed for almost a year. The regimen has been fantastic for me as a sleep aid up until the last few weeks. I may be developing an immunity because it isn’t working as well even when I upped the dosage to 3 gel tabs per night. I will be taking a short break and use other sleep aids (natural & over counter) for a couple weeks and then see if a break helps in it’s effectiveness. Great product!
