I can definitely tell the difference between when I take a CBD softgel before bed and when I don't. When I do, I fall asleep faster and stay asleep (until I have to get up to pee!) and in the morning I can tell I had a really good sleep. On the night's I don't take it, I can't get to sleep, toss and turn and am awake for hours sometimes. I'm about to order more, thanks!
