one or two capsules help me sleep, and relaxes me - very helpful since I broke my wrist on New Year's Day- I love that you grow your own and I know the source. I've priced it at the pharmacy and health food store and this is a better deal, especially with the subscription. your staff is wonderfully helpful as well
