I use the SUNSoIL ointment for my arthritis and I can really tell the difference. This is a wonderful product and I recommend it highly. The reason I gave it four stars is because, when you get to the last of the jar, the CBD ointment crystalizes. It's like rubbing small sharp stones on your skin. However, with warmth and a few minutes, the crystals eventually "melt" but it's a bit uncomfortable until they do. I will go right on using it however because it is very effective!
