It helps with my daily battle with osteoarthritis (both shoulders, especially), and as an unexpected excellent side effect, it seems to help with my old-age-related difficulty in falling asleep at night. I think perhaps its relaxing effect is working there. In any case, I am very satisfied with it, and since I am a crotchety old crone of 92, that is saying much more than I usually say (or feel) about most of the modern world, especially the frenetic digitalization of, it seems, absolutely everything.
