I take this and it helps. I take it for pain mngt. I took a break for a while and am back taking it again. I bought the 10ml and so take a double dose (of what I would take with the 20ml). It has an earthy flavor that I find work well in coffee and earthier teas. I have learned to add it to things rather than putting it in first cause it sticks to the glass if I do not.
I am happy with the product. I buy the unflavored.
