I had some issues with my second shipment because I moved and neglected to tell the company. SunSoil responded promptly when I thought there was a problem with the shipment, even offering to send me a replacement shipment until I realized it was at my old address. They were prompt, pleasant and helpful and I really appreciated their "what can we do to make this right?" attitude (props to TIA!). Good people, good product.
