Very effective but takes a little time to reach right saturation level. I am taking , with each meal, 20 units for a total of 60. Particularly, at this pandemic time, I remain calm, hopeful and positive. I still, though, as an Empath, feel the grief and pain. Thanks for a product I can trust!
