I left a message on your Customer Service machine. I am very very very frustrated. If you look at my account, the address on top is in Vermont. I did this so that my shipment would be mailed to Vermont, but I tracked it and it went to FL. What do I need to do to change my address? I like the idea of subscription, but you need a way to allow snow bunnies. Holly Puterbaugh
