At first I tried the oil but didn’t like the taste. Then I tried the capsules and liked them much better. I had my knee replaced and found that the CBD reduced my anxiety about the pain. I had to wait to take them since I was told that CBD Oil helped blood thinners work better. My surgeon had me on blood thinner, so I had to wait to take the CBD. I was glad when I could take them because it helped.
