I have been taking 20mg. CBD capsules for 3-4 years & originally started to try to reduce my migraines. In that time I have gone from 4-5 headaches a month to approximately 5-6 per year. In addition, I have noted improvement of arthritic pain in my hands and knees, and an overall feeling of well being.
