I absolutely LOVE Sunsoil! I use the cinnamon 20mg full spectrum oil for myself and the 20 mg unflavored coconut oil for my dog. It helps me sleep and I also use it to help with anxiety when I feel it coming on. It also does wonders for my dogs separation anxiety!
