I love this! I had a broken foot and developed CRPS in it so I bought this to apply topically and to take internally for sleep and boy did it help with both. It quieted down the pain and fiery feeling in the foot right away and only had to be reapplied a couple of times a day and I've never slept better! I would definitely recommend these products.
