Excellent quality and very effective. I used the chocolate mint and the cinnamon for at least a year before trying the unflavored which is surprisingly good tasting. I was buying this product from an herb retailer 15 miles from my home for about 6 months before I discovered that buying direct via subscription was much more convenient and less costly. Of the two people I have recommended Sunsoil to, one has also been a subscriber now for many months. Just in case I would like to change my mind, Sunsoil sends me a reminder email in advance of any charges and it is much appreciated. It is easy to change/alter your order/subscription by logging in to your account which you may find easily navigable. I am glad I found Sunsoil and have been sleeping well for at least a year now. Good sleep is precious.
