I first bought a small bottle to try it out. I had been having severe pain in my hip. My friend told me how much it had helped her with chronic joint pain. I really had no expectations. But after one week of 2 gel caps daily the pain started to lessen and after the 2nd week it was pretty much gone. I have been using it since January and plan to continue.
