I struggle with anxiety and had a hard time sleeping through the night. I started taking a dropper if the unflavored oil every night before bed and started sleeping through the night. I wake up refreshed and ready to start the day. I’ve also noticed that I get less anxious in situations where I used to have high anxiety. I highly recommend!
