I have been using your product for about 3 years now. I use the cinnamon in my coffee in the morning and I use the unflavored for my 23 year old dog every evening. I am able to notice a difference in my agility (I am 78 years old) and in my joints. Kabo (my dog) is able to walk easier and still has her appetite. I heartily recommend this product as an adjunct to your life. It definitely improves the quality of my life.
